Sandra V. Phillips is the founder and Director of Operations for Transformation Training Institute, INC. Her passion for teaching and training was one of her motivations for starting a nonprofit organization. The current racial tension among fellow Americans is a primary motivation for creating training nonprofits. She strongly believes multicultural and diversity education is the key to positive change. She started her private practice, Transformation Behavioral Health, LLC, located in Augusta, Georgia area, in 2014. After receiving her BA degree in psychology from the University of West Georgia, where she fell in love with Humanistic Psychology, she later earned an M.Ed. and MS in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. Ms. Phillips is a licensed professional counselor, certified alcohol and drug counselor II, Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional, nationally certified counselor, and approved experienced counselor supervisor. She also serves as a trauma specialist in the CRSA, providing debriefings in response to critical incidents. She is honored to work with the armed forces, rendering counseling services to active military members, veterans, and their families as a star behavioral health provider.

 

Lisa R. Savage, LCSW, is a seasoned mental health professional with over two decades of experience in clinical practice and mental health advocacy. As the founder and lead therapist at the Center for Child Development in Delaware, Lisa is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and families. Her expertise encompasses various therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. Lisa's commitment to improving mental health access and active involvement in community outreach have made her a respected figure in the mental health field. She is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, striving to ensure all individuals receive the support and resources needed to thrive.

 

Dr. Chinwé is a highly regarded and trusted keynote and workshop facilitator known for being knowledgeable, competent, and warm. As a board-certified and dedicated mental health professional, Dr. Williams is an authority on topics relating to stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma resolution, the intersection of faith, culture, and mental health, youth, young adults, and women’s wellness.

She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Board-Certified Counselor, a Counselor Educator and Supervisor, and a certified EMDR therapist.

Dr. Chinwé, with over 18 years of experience, earned her Doctorate in Counselor Education and practice from Georgia State University and her Master’s degree in counseling from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). She has worked with adolescents, young adults, adults, professionals, and families, and her warm, thoughtful, and strength-based approach to counseling and speaking is a testament to her practical knowledge.

Dr. Chinwé's dedication to helping people and teams is unwavering. She is committed to helping them resolve old, unhealthy patterns of thinking and behaving that prevent them from reaching their full potential. Her solution-focused approach empowers clients to make more mindful and intentional decisions about the direction of their life.

 

Tiffany Luke, LPC, CPCS, Certified Holistic Therapist, Certified EMDR Therapist, CYT-300, Certified TCYM. Founder & Owner, Release Restore Redefine Counseling, LLC.  Tiffany Luke is a licensed professional counselor, clinical supervisor, certified EMDR therapist, and certified holistic therapist with over 16 years of experience in counseling, crisis intervention, clinical supervision, and wellness programming. Tiffany is passionate about fostering accessible mental health care, cultivating healing within communities, and inspiring individuals to live creatively and purposefully. Her work reflects a commitment to personally and professionally empowering others through wellness offerings, program development, and leadership in clinical supervision. Guided by Howard Thurman's philosophy, "Don't ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it," Tiffany encourages her clients and colleagues alike to connect with what inspires them—and in doing so, transform not only their own lives but the world around them.

 

Terance Dawkins is a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) in South Carolina and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina. Terance earned both his Undergraduate and Master’s Degrees in Social Work from Winthrop University. He is the founder of Missing Pieces Counseling Services and serves as a Counselor/Case Manager at the Trone Center for Mental Fitness at Furman University.

Terance weaves together his extensive research, clinical experience, and personal insights into a compelling narrative about the effects of trauma across generations. His interactive and relatable speaking style makes complex ideas accessible and actionable.

 

Rachael E. DuBose is a seasoned mental health professional and educator with over 14 years of experience in the field. As the owner of Be the Light, she provides expert counseling, workshops, and trainings for diverse audiences, including mental health professionals, students, and community members. Rachael holds a B.A. from Ohio State University and an M.S.Ed. from the University of Dayton. With a deep commitment to community well-being, she frequently presents on topics such as trauma healing, self-compassion, and emotional wellness.

 
 

Marcia Blane is a Licensed Professional Counselor who completed her BS in Psychology in Human Services in 2011, obtained her Master of Mental Health Counseling in 2015, and became a Certified Life Coach in 2016. She has spent years delivering empowering messages to women through multiple empowerment venues.

Marcia is a natural trainer and developed the skills of delivery through training others for the federal government. You will often hear her say, “Delivery is everything.” Marcia is an author who has penned, Warfare: Breaking the Bonds of Codependency (2001), Peculiar One Guided Journal (2020), Making Progress in the Process to Fulfill Your Purpose (2022), and multiple titles being worked on. As a professional, Marcia can guide individuals with the knowledge and wisdom she has gained. Her profound professional statement is, “It’s just knowledge, pass it on.” 

 

Barjohn Hall is the founder and Executive Director of SolidShe, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to mental wellness for women, teen girls, and their families. She is a Certified Peer Support Specialist, a Mental Health Advocate, a Self-Published Author, an Inspirational Speaker, a Reiki II Practitioner, an up-and-coming Yoga Instructor, a veteran of the US Air Force, a mother of three beautiful children, and a woman diagnosed with a mental health condition. 

 Through her own life's journey of living through a diagnosis of bipolar disorder, anxiety, and PTSD, Barjohn was determined to overcome the crippling effects of negative self-talk and learned ways in which she could silence her inner critic.  Along the way, Barjohn discovered that the development of self-worth and self-awareness is one of the most powerful tools a woman could ever possess. 

 Since her revelation, SHE has been on a mission to help empower women; in mind, body, and spirit and is now allowing her voice and her story to be told. Barjohn is utilizing SolidShe, Inc. as a platform to encourage and inspire women by providing them with the necessary tools, support, and a safe space of healing for those who are struggling with their mental health. 

Barjohn and SolidShe's purpose is to shed light on topics related to mental illness and inspire those who are suffering in silence.

 

Kelisa Volson is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 17 years of experience in the field, a motivational speaker, and a coach. She obtained her education from Louisiana Tech University with both her Bachelor’s (Psychology) and master’s (General Counseling and Guidance) degrees. She started speaking at churches and community organizations in person and virtually as a teen. To provide education, inspiration, and a call to action, her messages focus on healing, inspiring, and empowerment, especially in the BIPOC communities regarding mental health and wellness. Over the years, she has provided education and insight on mental wellness internationally ( Black Minority Ethnic Mental Health Awareness Summit) and locally, including (but not limited to) Georgia State University with their annual Autism Conference and Expo as a breakout speaker, nonprofit organizations such as Real Images, Inc. where she provided her expertise on narcissistic abuse recovery, podcasts talking about healing from trauma and general coping strategies/stress management (“The Respectable Woman, “The Kel Shares” podcast) and doing live videos weekly on her social media accounts assisting the public with support and insights on topics such as managing grief, suicide prevention, healthy relationships, and communication.
